What is Detective Maker?
Detective Maker is a browser workspace by The Bros Studio LLC, sold on WarriorPlus and launched 2 November 2026.
You bring a premise and a creative direction; it writes the crime, the suspects, the weapons, the locations, the clues, the deduction grid and a fair solution, then arranges the whole thing into a print-ready page with a matching solution page behind it. Content blocks stay editable, book size and margins are set for self-publishing, and export is PNG or PDF.
The case script comes from the included MCP plugin for ChatGPT, your own API key, or built-in BrosAI credits. Commercial licence included.
Price: $27 one time during launch.

How much does Detective Maker cost?
Six rungs, $562 front to back. Nothing beyond the $27 front end is required to publish one book.
Refunds run 30 days and start with support at thebrosstudio.com – fix-first, not a no-questions guarantee.
- Front End – Detective Maker: $27 one-time, commercial rights, lifetime access, four publishing bonuses
- OTO 1 – Color By Number Maker All-in-One: $127 (a separate maker)
- OTO 2 – Detective Maker Plus: $57 (batch generation, saved styling)
- OTO 3 – Detective Maker Premium: $97 (deeper layout control)
- OTO 4 – Monochrome Mosaic All-in-One: $127 (a separate maker)
- OTO 5 – Word Fill-in Maker All-in-One: $127 (a separate maker)

Is Detective Maker worth it?
Worth $27 if you want to publish detective puzzle books and you will direct the writing. What you are buying is the week of layout and logic work per page – the case structure, the deduction grid, the matching solution page and a print-ready PDF – not a finished book.
Go in knowing the running cost sits on top of the $27 if you use BrosAI, and that the refund is a fix-first 30-day window.
Buying through this page also gets you my bonus bundle. Detective Maker — the bonuses arrive with your receipt and they are mine, not the vendor’s. (affiliate link)
Who is Detective Maker not for?
It is not a finished book and it is not a guaranteed income. The page itself says AI is the assistant and you are the director, so the premise you bring is what separates a publishable case from a generic one.
It is also a single-format tool: if your catalogue is word search, sudoku or colouring books, this makes one product line and not a suite. And a weak API key writes a thin case.
Frequently asked
What is Detective Maker?
A browser workspace that builds a complete detective deduction puzzle page – the crime, suspects, weapons, locations, clues, deduction grid and fair solution – then lays it out for print with a matching solution page.
How much does Detective Maker cost?
$27 one time during launch, with commercial rights and lifetime access. Behind it sit six rungs totalling $562 on the main path, three of which are separate makers rather than upgrades.
Is there a refund?
Yes, but it is narrow. You contact support@thebrosstudio.com within 30 days, they try to fix the technical issue first, and if it cannot be resolved the request is reviewed under that policy.
Do I need an API key?
No. There are three routes: the included MCP plugin for ChatGPT, your own API key for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek or NVIDIA, or built-in BrosAI credits – 500 free, then 7,000 for $15 per month.
Does it publish the book for me?
No. It ends at a print-ready PDF.
Cover, KDP upload, keywords, pricing and categories are still yours, and the publishing kit bonus walks that part.
Does it only make detective puzzles?
Yes. It is one format.
Word search, sudoku and colouring are sold as separate makers behind the checkout.
